Ms. Gwen Richardson

She/Her/Hers

Gwen is the co-founder of The Effective Consulting Group—a boutique consulting firm helping organizations, teams, and individuals reach new heights and greater levels of effectiveness and personal growth. Her passion is the pursuit of personal wellness; and, her research explores Diversity Studies—examining social differences defined including race, class, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, diversity, and other markers of identity—with a view to help others understand different cultures, allowing them to interact in a wider range of social groups and feel more confident in themselves as well as in their interactions with others.
