Jae O’Neal is a passionate diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate with a wealth of experience in creating inclusive environments. With a background in corporate leadership, Jae has trained teams on the importance of diversity and ensuring safe spaces for all individuals. As an Auxiliarist with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Jae worked to foster diversity within their flotilla, promoting a broad range of ideas and perspectives. Jae’s focus is on empowering marginalized voices and advancing DEI practices in every space they engage with.
