Lilia Weber, A-CSM, CSPO
She/Her/Hers
Lilia Weber is a veteran of the Keystone Conference with 100% attendance. She is a proud parent, grandparent, and professionally is an Agile Coach and Senior Manager Consultant working in software development. She completed her professional transition in place in 2016 while continuing with the same employer. Lilia currently serves on the board of the Eastern Pennsylvania Trans Equity Project as Vice Chair and also serves on in her employer's corporate DIB Council as Vice Chair. She is active in many of the company’s ERGs. She is a member of multiple trans support groups and is an active person of faith.
