2025 Participant Biographies

Isaac Gallinella is the Head Instructor of RVA Karate Dojo. He is a passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Instructor with over a decade of experience inspiring and mentoring students of all ages and skill levels. A 2nd-degree black belt in Traditional Okinawan Shidokan Shorin Ryu Karate, with a proven ability to build confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills in students while fostering an inclusive, supportive dojo environment. Known for developing tailored training programs, cultivating respect and teamwork, and ensuring safety and progress for every practitioner. His journey as a Karate Instructor reflects a blend of technical mastery, compassionate mentorship, and a dedication to enriching lives through martial arts.
