Simran “Simmi” Dutta, MPH (they/them) is the Linkage Navigator for Project TEA at North Jersey Community Research Initiative (NJCRI). Project TEA (Trans Empowerment in Action) is an all-trans and nonbinary team at NJCRI centered around the empowerment of the trans and nonbinary community. In addition to this role, Simmi is a board member of the Trans Equity Coalition, an organization dedicated to uplifting trans and nonbinary communities across the state of New Jersey.
