2026 Participant Biographies

Ms. Jennifer Lehman is a transgender woman who after a lifetime of hiding her true self executed a successful gender transition in 2013. She has been married for 40 years to her college sweetheart, Karen, who is now the Significant Other Program Director of TransCentralPA. Jen and Karen have a daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters. Jen is a business development manager, bowls competitively in two leagues and is very active in her local Lutheran ELCA church. Jen has presented workshops on gender transition at the 2014-2023 Keystone Conferences, the 2014 and 2018 Philly Transgender Health / Wellness Conference, the Philadelphia EEOC, and several local churches and high schools.
