2026 Participant Biographies

Caela Hopkins (she/her) is the Chairwoman of the Esprit Gala & Conference as well as it's supporting organization, CNE Transventions. From the greater Seattle, Washington area, Caela is a member of the Emerald City Transgender Social Club and is currently serving as its Social Director. As part of a multi-generational transgender family, Caela has navigated the challenges experienced by people at different points on the gender spectrum from first jobs to elder care, and brings this broad spectrum of viewpoints to her advocacy. Caela is a founding member of Gamma Kappa Mu Transgender Sorority/Fraternity.
