2026 Participant Biographies
Nicole Pauling is an educator, speaker, and parent advocate dedicated to improving safety and educational access for LGBTQ youth. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and has been teaching nationally since 2020, creating interactive, student-centered courses that reach learners across the United States.
She is the founder of the LGBTQ Homeschool Association, an inclusive educational community that provides academic classes, social connection, and support for LGBTQ students and their families. Through her teaching and advocacy, Nicole works with parents, educators, and community organizations to develop practical strategies for creating safe learning environments, addressing school challenges, and building strong support networks.
Nicole’s work focuses on actionable advocacy, school safety, human-rights awareness, and community resilience. As the parent of two transgender children, she brings lived experience alongside professional training, offering guidance that is both compassionate and grounded in real-world solutions.
Her presentations equip families and organizations with clear tools to advocate effectively, navigate complex systems, and create environments where LGBTQ youth can learn, grow, and thrive.
