Ms. Trina Johnson-Brady
Shamanic Practitioner, Poet, and Executive Director
She/Her
Trina Brady is a shamanic practitioner and spiritual guide whose work integrates Core Shamanism, Celtic spirituality, and decades of personal exploration into a compassionate and grounded approach to healing. After the death of her father, she was called into formal study with Michael Harner of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and later trained extensively with Sandra Ingerman in Soul Retrieval and Medicine for the Earth. She also completed a two year Celtic shamanism intensive with Tom Cowan and has continued advanced training through Foundation teachers.
Her practice includes soul retrieval, extraction healing, power animal work, and guided journeying. In recent years, she has expanded into the Akashic Records and trance mediumship, training with British medium Tony Stockwell and integrating this work with her shamanic foundation.
Trina is also the author of a forthcoming poetry collection exploring grief and longing. The poems in “If I Can Stop One Heart From Breaking” emerged as a companion to her spiritual practice, helping her metabolize loss, deepen compassion, and articulate the quiet ache that often accompanies transformation.
In her professional life, she serves as the executive director of a nonprofit addressing food access and youth prevention initiatives. A seasoned community mobilizer, she previously was the facilitator of the Parents of Trans Kids group for the Bradbury Sullivan LGBTQ Center in Allentown. As the parent of an adult transgender daughter, she brings lived experience, empathy, and a commitment to creating sacred, inclusive spaces where ancient wisdom meets contemporary life.
