Information collected at this website is kept in our records only as long as is necessary to provide requested services to our clients.
Users are required to give us contact information such as 'preferred name,' and email address. Your registration is kept under your 'preferred name. We request your city, state and zip code, but this information is not required for registration. We use this demographic information to broadly observe where our attendees are coming from.
Your full 'payment name,' as portrayed on your credit card, is needed to complete payment. Although the registration and payment process are done together, your 'preferred name' and 'payment name' are kept separate. When using PayPal, a charge from "PAYPAL *TCPAKEYSTON" will be placed on your credit card. Mail-in money orders and checks (not cash) are accepted as well.
Giving Out Your Information
We will not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties except in compliance with a lawful request from a law enforcement agency. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold to, or given to any other parties. We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your business' personally identifiable information to any third party. If another attendee from the conference asks us for your email address, we will first contact you for permission.
